Abstract
This paper aims to show the employment of two unfrequent words related to the beauty occuring in New Testament (Greek critical edition): euprèpeia and horàia. After a brief introduction four hits are analyzed, supposedly in chronological order: one with euprèpeia (Jas 1, 11) and three with horàia (Rom 10, 15; Matt 23, 27; Acts 3, 2). The purpose is understanding the meaning of those words beyond the basic sense of appearance.
