Abstract
This paper examines the enduring relevance of classical studies in understanding the past and navigating the present and future. By exploring Greek tragedy, particularly Euripides’ The Trojan Women, it addresses the theme of war, highlighting how classical texts illuminate the unchanging aspects of human nature and the cycles of conflict. The importance of teaching ancient texts through innovative and interdisciplinary methods is emphasized, showcasing their potential to inspire interest and cultural awareness in modern audiences.
